I started using this product last Spring,I was going on a Bahamans trip,it seemed to brake the shelf or plato with my weight lose.Since the trip I've continued to use it because I think it works. I have continued to eat deserts with no weight gain in fact I've lost another 4 or 5 pounds without trying! I always have worked out and I do eat a reasonable diet . I do recommend this product ,and I will continue to use it! I just bought a 3 month supply ! I tried it because a DOC. On TV said it works and I agree. P.S. I'm over 55 years old !!!!
